One of the nicest, and better teachers in the Oneonta school system. My brother had her , and LOVED her. She will always hold a special place in our hearts and memories of growing up in Oneonta. Pretty sure he will be saying HI to her, he passed in 2009 from brain cancer. Most likely connected to his serving in DESERT STORM.

I'm so sorry for your loss. Mrs Nielsen taught my kids at center street school. She was a wonderful woman and will truly be missed. My heart goes out to my dear friend Rannatta French who loved this woman, her aunt beyond words.

Angie was a wonderful lady who grew up in the lower deck of Oneonta. She got her degree in teaching and taught many area children after her retirement she went on to selling real estate. She was always a sharp dresser and neat as a pin. She is going to be missed by many who knew her and worked with her. Rest in peace Angie - you are now with others in your family.

Mrs Nielsen was my 5th grade teacher and what both a beautiful person but also a great life impacting Professional! Sadly, people of her high quality / character are simply rare today. She made a lasting impact on my educational pursuit and my 23 year military service. Blessings to the family clearly she was an OUTSTANDING well rounded person!

Very Respectfully
