David C Shoemaker SPRINGFIELD - David Clark Shoemaker "Shoey", 76, of Walnut Grove Hill Rd, Richfield Springs, passed away peacefully Jan 6, 2019 in his home.
He was born in Ilion, May 26, 1942 to Clark Shoemaker and Beulah Willsey.
Shoey was a Veteran of the US Army and retired from the NYSDOT.
He was an avid outdoorsman, enjoying hunting and fishing.
He leaves behind his wife, Sharon Mosher; daughter, Steffani and fiance Bob; son, Tim and Jen; sister Carolyn Hugick; sister- in-law Karen and Doug Palmer; brother-in-law Bill and Sherry Mosher; brother-in-law Steve and Anita Mosher; 4 grandchildren, 4 great-grandchildren and several nieces and nephews; felines Sassy Ann and Sissy Lea.
Funeral arrangements entrusted to Ottman Funeral Home in Cherry Valley.
In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to Catskill Area Hospice & Palliative Care, Burlington Flats Fish & Game or Richfield Springs Sportsman Club.
