I first met Matt 30 years ago when his kids and my grand kid attempted to camp in a tent in my back yard. They chickened out and ended up on the floor inside the house. The Burkes graciously brought them breakfast!

Matt was a great CPA, very knowledgeable and efficient, always pleasant .

Fond memories keep us going . Am sure there are plenty of those to go around. Blessings and much love.

I remember meeting Matt over 30 years ago when kids camped in our back back yard, chickened out, slept on the floor, and the Burkes bringing them breakfast.

I also remember that he was a good, and very efficient CPA.

My deceased husband enjoyed playing golf with him.

Memories will keep you going. My blessings, prayers and love to the family.

I will miss the quiet gentleman Matt on the golf course at Oneonta Country Club in future summers. My deepest sympathy to Patty and the family.
