HALFMOON - Patricia M. Cahill, 89, of the Vosburgh Trailer Park in Halfmoon, and formerly of Otego, died Sunday, Aug. 11, 2019, at St. Peter's Hospice Inn in Albany.
She was born on Dec. 27, 1929, in Jamaica, Queens, daughter of the late Henry and Rebecca Foltmann Sinnott.
She was a graduate of Catherine of Siena High School and the beloved wife of the late Thomas Edmond Cahill, who died on Aug. 23, 2016.
She loved to quilt and especially loved gifting her quilts to her children and grandchildren.
She was a member of the Catholic community in Otego.
She was the devoted mother of Thomas Edmond (Eva) Cahill II of Pataskala, Ohio, Michael Paul (Nina) Cahill of Southport, Connecticut, Kathleen Mary Cahill of Halfmoon, Peter Markham Cahill of Northville, and the late James Shawn Cahill; grandmother of Thomas III, Jennifer, Kassandra, Christopher, Brittany, Michael, James Shawn, Emily, Michael Thomas, Patricia, Peter II and Mary; and great-grandmother of Ainsley, Crawford and Beau. She is also survived by Leah Sinnott and several nieces and nephews.
She was predeceased by all of her siblings.
Her funeral will be held at 9:30 a.m., Friday from St. Edward the Confessor Church, 569 Clifton Park Center Road, Clifton Park, where a Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated.
Calling hours will be from 4 to 8 p.m. Thursday, at the Gordon C. Emerick Funeral Home, 1550 Route 9, Clifton Park.
Interment will be in Gerald B.H. Solomon Saratoga National Cemetery in Schuylerville.

Sincere condolences to the entire family. She touched so many hearts and she will be greatly missed. May she rest in peace. A Mass will be offered this weekend at Holy Cross Church in Morris in her memory.
