PALM HARBOR, Fla. - Patricia A. Wiedeman, 71, passed away peacefully on Aug. 4, 2017, in Palm Harbor, Florida, surrounded by her loving family.
She was the daughter of the late Frederic and Eunice Rose of Oneonta, and pre-deceased by brother, Michael; and sister, Carolyn Rose.
A former longtime resident of Marlborough, Massachusetts, she was a devoted mother to daughters, Michelle (Jim Bates) and Kimberly Wiedeman.
She is survived by sister, Barbara Hollister (Gerald); aunt, Eva Peabody (Frank); sister-in-law, June Bonilla Rose and earlier sisters in-law, Kate (Daniel) and Pat (Douglas, predeceased) Wiedeman; and several cousins of Binghamton; and many nieces, (Tricia, Becky, Sarah) and nephews, (Mikey, Brian, Michael, Matthew, Adam and Nick). Patricia was also survived by Richard Wiedeman, father to her beloved children.
She loved bowling, ceramics, gardening, casinos, horse racing, and vacationing in Aruba and Martha's Vineyard. She was best known for being the heart and soul of the neighborhood and the loving difference she made in so many people's lives. Patricia was adored by family and friends for her guidance, support, generosity, fun loving spirit, and opening her home and pool for all to enjoy.

A celebration of life ceremony will be held from 11:30 a.m. to 2:30 p.m., Saturday, Sept. 16, at Tower Hill Botanic Gardens in Boylston, Massachusetts, for close friends and family.
