ONEONTA - A graveside service for Barbara Delaney, 72, who passed away Nov. 27, 2024, will be 11 a.m., Monday, April 14, in Oneonta Plains Cemetery, Oneida Street, Oneonta, with the Rev. Casey Bradley, officiating. Following the service from noon to 2 p.m. will be a celebration at the Oneonta Veterans Club, 279 Chestnut Street, Oneonta.
