Navarre, Florids - NAVARRE, Florida - Deborah J (Hensle) Plaice passed away unexpectedly Friday, Oct. 10, 2025 at her home in Navarre, Florida.
Debbie was born in Cooperstown on March 8, 1954 to David and Beverly (Wiltse) Hensle.
She graduated from Cooperstown Central School in 1973. Debbie served in the US Navy in the photography department. She went on to graduate with honors from Norman-Dale School of Nursing with an RN and continued to work in this field until her retirement.
Debbie enjoyed gardening, crafts, baking and home decorating.
Debbie was extremely thoughtful, compassionate and generous and will be greatly missed.
She was predeceased by her husband, Joel Plaice. She is survived by her husband Ramiro Sanchez; sons, Joel Plaice of Fort Walton Beach, Florida, and Evan Plaice of Granby, Colorado; grandson, J.T. Plaice of Clark Harbor, Washington; parents David and Beverly Hensle of Milford; sister, Patty (Chris) Shockley of Rochester; and brother David Hensle Jr. of Milford.
