Donald R.  Connor Jr.
GARNERVILLE - Donald R. Connor Jr. passed away Oct. 31, 2019, with his loving wife and brother-in-law, Frank by his side.
He was born July 16, 1963, in Whitestone, Queens, the son of Donald and Lorraine Connor.
Donald was born and raised in Whitestone.
Following in his father's footsteps, Donald worked for the Sheet Metal Union Local 28 in New York City for 35 years.
He was known by many to be larger than life with a hilarious sense of humor and contagious laugh. He loved traveling to Hawaii with his wife (her native state) and daughter. He would sit on the cliffs of Hawaii while listening to Pink Floyd. He had a great group of friends and family who loved him dearly.
Donald is survived by his wife of 25 years, Puanani; a beautiful daughter, Kaitlyn; mother, Lorraine Connor of Schenevus; sisters, Jean Connor of Boca Ratan, Florida, Patricia Carimando and Lorraine Pepaj (Tony) both of Schenevus; brother, James Connor (Craig) of Stroudsburg, Pennsylvania; mother-in-law, Catherine Phillips of Honolulu, Hawaii; brothers-in-law, Kenneth Phillips (Janice) of Honolulu, Hawaii and Frank Phillips (Nancy) of Worcester, Massachusetts. He also leaves behind many nieces, nephews, close family friends and his cat, Sparkles.
He was predeceased by his father, Donald R. Connor Sr.; father-in-law, Kenneth Phillips I and both grandparents.
He will be dearly missed by all who knew him.
A funeral mass will be held at 10:30 a.m., Saturday, Nov. 9, at St. Joseph's Catholic Church, 201 Main St., Worcester.
Burial will follow in St. Joseph's Cemetery.
A private luncheon for family and close friends will follow.

Donny and I were partners for about 13 years. We got a lot of work done and had a blast while doing it too. we weren't just partners, we were friends. He would always talk about Kaitlyn and Puanani. Man, I'm gonna miss him!! Love ya, Partner!
