Jackie was born on June 14, 1960, in Walton, the daughter of the late John Collier and Norma Dean.
She is survived by her loving family, mother, Norma; daughters, Christina and Julie Gray; and sister, Charlotte Ballard.
Services will be held privately and at the convenience of the family.
