Oneonta, New York - A celebration of life for James E. Herring, 81, who passed away Jan. 20, 2026, will be held 1 p.m. to 4 p.m. Saturday, Jan. 24, 2026 at the Oneonta Elks Club, Chestnut St., Oneonta. At 1 p.m. will be the Elks Lodge of Sorrows, followed by a memorial service and military honors.
