DELHI - James Wiedeman, 86, passed away Jan. 5, 2022, while a resident at Delhi Rehabilitation and Nursing Home.
Born in Oneonta, he was always upbeat and friendly. He wanted to shake hands with everyone he met. Jim was always excited about his birthday and holidays.
He is survived by his brothers, John (Jill) Wiedeman of Worcester, Don (Ann) Wiedeman of Gulf Breeze, Florida, Jack (Joyce) Strope of Milan, Pennsylvania; several nieces, nephews and cousins.
He was predeceased by his parents, John D. Wiedeman Sr. and Wanda J. March Wiedeman; brother, Randall Wiedeman; and sisters, Linda and Judy.
Private burial will be in Otego Cemetery.
