Maryland, NY - MARYLAND - Jeanne Elaine (Mohar) Bridger passed away peacefully at home. Born in Cooperstown, she is survived by her son, James Bridger; daughter, Kelly Bridger; grandsons, Jack and Sawyer Bridger; and her brother, Marty Mohar.

Jeanne earned her master's degree from Hartwick College and dedicated 30 years to teaching English in the Oneonta school district. She had a lifelong love of literature, travel, and gardening, and held a deep devotion to her Catholic faith. Despite the challenges of polio, she lived a full life and enjoyed many adventures.

Services will be held at 11 a.m., April 25, at St. Joseph Catholic Church, 201 Main St., Worcester. A luncheon will follow at the Depot Restaurant.
