BINGHAMTON - Jeannette A. (Clark) Pate, 84, of Binghamton, passed away on Aug. 19, 2018.
She was predeceased by her loving husband of 51 years, James.
She is survived by her three sons, James E. III, New Jersey, Jeffrey, Sidney, John, Florida; daughter-in-law, Mary; two grandchildren, Sarah and Corey; and several cousins.
A lifelong member of the United Methodist Church, Jeannette was a member of Otego UMC and Conklin Forks UMC.
She was appreciated for her ability as a former Endicott school district teacher and sharp wit. She enjoyed multiple bowling leagues, needlework and her membership as a Red Hat. She was also a Conklin Senior Citizens Club member.
Funeral services will be at 10 a.m., Thursday, Aug. 23, at the Savage Family Center, 338-344 Conklin Ave., Binghamton, with Pastor David of Conklin Forks UMC officiating. The family will welcome friends at the family center from 1:30 to 3 and 6 to 8 p.m., Wednesday.
Burial will be private at the convenience of the family in the family plot in Otego Evergreen Cemetery.
