Oneonta, NY - ONEONTA - Joseph Donald Clary, passed away July 10, 2026. Born Jan. 9, 1989, in Oneonta, he was the son of Michael Jones and Kim Clary.

Joey grew up in Oneonta and was known for his heart of gold and helping others.

He especially loved fishing and was passionate about drawing.

He is survived by his son, Amere; mother, Kim; brother, Chase; grandmother, Lillian; uncle, Anthony (Kelly) and daughter, Zeta; uncle, Donald (Diane), and children Melina and Devin; and close friend/brother, Camden Hayes.

He was predeceased by his father and grandfather, Donald.

Visitation will be at 11 a.m. until the service at noon, July 16 at Lewis Hurley & Pietrobono Funeral Home, 51 Dietz St., Oneonta. The Rev. Kurt Funke will officiate. Interment will follow at Hillington Cemetery, Morris.
