ANDES - Born in Andes, the daughter of Dr. Albert All and Meriam (Werner). Joi is survived by her son Bill Van Stine.
A Navy Lieutenant, she served as a Nurse. She ended her career as an instructor, at both Alfred University and SUNY Delhi.
A memorial service will be held at 4 p.m. on Friday, July 22, at the Andes Presbyterian Church, Andes, NY. Pastor Ogborn will officiate.
