Oneonta, NY - ONEONTA - Judith A. Briscoe 82, passed away peacefully Dec. 30, 2025. Born as Judith A Graves Feb. 8, 1943, Oneonta, she was predeceased by her loving parents, Harry and Marion Graves of Oneonta, and her sister, Tammy Lucheta.

She leaves behind her loving husband, Bill Briscoe and three children and their spouses, Debbie Rathbun (Baldo), David Baldo and Kelly Tolley, and Charlie and Carrie Baldo. Her family grew to include nine grandchildren, five great-grandchildren and one great-great-grandchild whom she loved deeply.

Calling hours will be held from 4:20 to 6:20 p.m. Saturday, Jan. 10, at Johnston & Stanimer Funeral Home, 60 South Broad Street, Morris. A reception celebrating Judy's life will follow from 6:30 to 8:30 p.m. at Morris VFW, 314 Ellis Road, Laurens.
