Delhi, NY - DELHI - Judith (Mostert) Morgan, 87, passed away peacefully on Dec. 24, 2025, with her family by her side at The Eddy Memorial Geriatric Center in Troy, New York. Born Judith Lee Glover in North Hornell, she grew up in Broadalbin, with her mother, Mabel Jacqueline (Yerex) Glover; father, Charles Philip Glover; and sister, Suzanne. She enjoyed lifeguarding, cheerleading, and performing as a pianist at recitals.

Judi earned a Bachelor of Science in Elementary Education from SUNY Oneonta, supporting herself by waitressing at the White Holland House turkey farm. In 1961, she married James "Jack" Mostert and made Delhi her home.

Judi was a kindergarten teacher by profession. She became a devoted advocate after her youngest child was born with Down Syndrome, and she worked with the ARC to raise money in support of people with disabilities. In 1997, she married Michael (Mike) Morgan and cared about her late stepdaughter, Kara Neer, and her stepson, Garett Morgan. She was a member of the United Ministry in Delhi and the Red Hat Society in Delhi and Largo, Florida.

Judi is survived by her children, Bruce Mostert, Kelli Mostert, Stephen Mostert (Melissa Wakin), and Jaime Mostert; grandchildren, Madison Kolis, Trey Mostert, and Taylor Cumpston (Dylan Cumpston); sister: Suzanne Crawford; sister-in-law, Elinor Mostert; and many nieces and nephews.

A funeral service will be held at noon Saturday, Jan. 10, at Hall & Peet Funeral Home, 134 Main Street, Delhi. A calling hour will be held one hour prior to the service.
