LATHAM - Neoma Ruth Cole, 63, of Colonie Avenue, passed away on Monday, April 27, 2020.
She was born on July 5, 1956, in Stamford. She was the daughter to Oraien A. and Nellie (Foote) Cole.
Neoma graduated from the former Richmondville Central School.
She was a member of Warnerville United Methodist Church.
She lived in Summit for most of her life before moving to Latham.
Neoma enjoyed making crafts and listening to music.
She is survived by her brother, Ivan (Jane) Cole of Summit; brothers-in-law, Dave Jorgensen of Cobleskill and Edward Eckert of Stamford; along with three nieces, four nephews and their children.
Neoma was predeceased by her sisters, Nicki Jorgensen and Freda Eckert; as well as her parents.
Because of government restrictions concerning COVID-19, private services will be held for immediate family with burial in Evergreen Cemetery in Jefferson.
As per the wishes of the family, memorial donations in Neoma's name may be made to Marathon For A Better Life, P.O. Box 268, Warnerville, NY 12187.
Arrangements have been entrusted to Mereness-Putnam Funeral Home in Cobleskill.
