Visitation will be at C. H. Landers Funeral Home, 21 Main St., Sidney, from 1 to 3 p.m., Saturday, Oct. 21.
Burial service and a celebration of Noel's life will be held at 11 a.m., Saturday, Oct. 28, in Prospect Hill Cemetery, Sidney.
Arrangements are under the direction of C.H. Landers Funeral Chapel, Sidney.
