FRANKLIN - Patricia Anne Driggs, 64, of Franklin, passed away on her birthday, Friday, Nov. 4, 2022, at home, surrounded by family.

She was born on Nov. 4, 1958, in Oneonta, the daughter of Charles and Marion (Banks) Grant. She married Frederick Driggs on Jan. 8, 1984, in Oneonta. He predeceased her on May 24, 2014.

Patricia was employed as a sales manager for Combined Life Insurance of NY.

She was a fun and adventurous person, yet enjoyed a life of simplicity and comfort. She was kind, very giving, and loved her family. She always helped others if able and let them know she loved them. Her greatest joys were her children and grandchildren. She especially enjoyed her most recent trip to see this beautiful country and visit old friends with Mike Legano.

Patricia is survived by her sons, James L. Thomas IV (Angela) and Michael Driggs; five grandchildren, Matthew and Maddison Driggs, and Alyssa, Lexi, and Brianna Thomas; brothers, Richard Grant and Gary Grant (Cindy); and many nieces and nephews.

She was also predeceased by her parents; and sisters, Joan Place and Barbara Grant.

Friends are invited to greet the family from 5 to 7 p.m., Thursday, Nov. 10, at Kenneth L. Bennett Funeral Home, 425 Main St., Franklin. A funeral service will take place at 1 p.m., Friday, Nov. 11, also at the funeral home. Burial will follow in Ouleout Valley Cemetery, Franklin.

Contributions in Patricia's memory are asked to be made to a charity of one's choice.
