Otego, New York - Robert F. Loitsch passed away unexpectedly July 18, 2026 from complications of congestive heart failure. A funeral service to honor Bob will be held at 11 a.m. Saturday, Sept. 19, 2026 at Atonement Lutheran Church, 1 Center St., Oneonta. Memorial gifts may be made in Robert's name to Atonement Church or to the Catskill Choral Society.
