MOUNT UPTON - Roger A. Wilson, 85, of Mount Upton, passed away on Saturday, July 22, 2023, at UHS Memorial Hospital. It was peace at last for Roger A. Wilson.
Roger was born on March 4, 1938, in Morris, a son of the late Robert and Grace (Brimmer) Wilson.
Roger worked for Amphenol in Sidney for more than 46 years.
He enjoyed the organ, classics, and classical music, stockcar racing and gardening.
Roger was a member of the United Presbyterian Church in Garrattsville and former Organ Society of Central New York.
He lived in Garrattsville for 28 years before relocating to Mount Upton in 1966.
Roger is survived by his brother, George Wilson; and cousins, Donna Lee Gregory and Elaine Kraus.
Family and friends are invited to a graveside service at noon, Saturday, Aug. 5, in Hillington Cemetery in Morris.
Roger's family has entrusted his care to the Johnston & Stanimer Funeral Home, 60 Broad St., Morris.
