JEFFERSON - Ronald Carter, 83, of Jefferson, passed away on Wednesday, May 18, 2016.
Ron served in Korea and was a Civil War enthusiast and reenactor.
He is survived by his wife, Judith; daughter, Kathleen Carter Tysz; sons, Ronald Carter and Tom Carter; and seven grandchildren.
Friends may call from 3 to 6 p.m., Sunday, May 22, at the Jefferson Baptist Church, Jefferson. Funeral services will be at 10 a.m., Monday, May 23, also at the church. Interment will follow in the Evergreen Cemetery, Jefferson.
Funeral arrangements have been entrusted to the Hall-Tari Funeral Home, under the direction of William A. Tari.
