Oneonta, NY - ONEONTA - Steven L. Robinson, 71, passed away May 9, 2026.

He was born April 1, 1955, the son of Clyde and Florence Robinson.

Steve graduated from Unatego High School, Class of 1973.

He joined the United States Army in 1973 and served for 8 years. He was a Vietnam Veteran. Following the military, he attended and graduated from SUNY Oneonta.

He was always hardworking, dependable, and a provider for those around him. In his life he enjoyed many things such as camping and bonfires, video games, reading, the NY Giants and NASCAR.

He is survived by his wife, Connie; beloved daughter, Jessica; beloved grandson, Michael, who he raised since he was 8 years old; two brothers, Paul and Clair; and three sisters, Doreen, Patty and Sandy.

He was predeceased by his beloved son, Steven.

There will be no services, per Steven's request.
