A semi-retired downhill skier, later in life, she picked up cross-country skiing out her backdoor when at home and in the Adirondacks on winter vacation.

Her springs/summers/falls were filled with camping trips to various lakes in the Adirondack Park where she enjoyed kayaking and photographing wildlife, with special interest in the majestic vocal Loons of the North Country.

She is survived by her mother, Dora Bubach; her husband of 41 years, Tyrone; son, Jason (Kristen); daughter, Alison; siblings, John (Cheryl Hinkley) Bubach and Gene (Dianna) Bubach; nephew, John K. (Chelsea Slavin) Bubach; and grand-nephew, Abbott.

Sue was predeceased by her sister, Dr. Patricia Bubach and father, John A. Bubach.
