Cherry Valley, NY - CHERRY VALLEY - Taylor Liam Woodworth left us on Dec. 19, 2025, but he will live on as long as we carry him in our hearts. When he passed, he was caring for his beautiful boy Jude in the home of his Francesca, and he was positive, peaceful, grateful for all he had, and eagerly looking forward to all that lay ahead.

Taylor was born Dec. 2, 1991, in Cooperstown, to Kathleen Taylor and Gerry Woodworth, who, together with his sister, Anna (Cody), Francesca LoRusso, and their son Jude Owen, survive. Other surviving family members include his grandmother, Geraldine Taylor, of Bolton; aunt, Susan Taylor, of Troy; uncle, Tom (Belle) Taylor of St. Petersburg, Florida, great-uncle, George Taylor of California; and great-aunts, Regina Brown of Port St. Lucie, Florida, and Valerie Misch of Shingle Springs); aunt, Sandy Speenburgh of Germantown; uncle, Rod (Irene) Woodworth of East Jewett; aunt, Lori Woodworth of Boonville; and uncle, Dan Boomer of Ravena.

He was predeceased by his grandparents, Gerry and Ruthmary Woodworth (East Jewett); grandfather, Thomas Taylor (Bolton); aunt, Robin Boomer, uncles Duane Woodworth and Larry Speenburgh; and cousin, Hope Oakes. Taylor is also survived by many, many cousins.

Taylor graduated from Cherry Valley-Springfield in 2009 and attended numerous colleges. He moved from Cherry Valley to Crested Butte, Colorado, and during his seven years there, he built a dear family of loving, supportive friends.

Taylor saw a great deal of the world in his brief time here. He traveled to England, Portugal, Greece, Puerto Rico, and Mexico. He was looking forward to taking Jude to a Liverpool match.

We remember Taylor for his humor, his prodigious memory, and his unending kindness to any person needing support. He loved golfing, snowboarding, music, being outside and humanity.

Taylor led with his heart, and his heart led him to Francesca and then to Jude. Their time together was too brief. Liverpool supporters know You'll Never Walk Alone, and Taylor never walked alone. Now he walks on, and we will see him ahead.
