DELHI - Pastor Thomas F. Formica, 67, of Delhi, passed away on Monday, Jan. 8, 2018, at Albany Medical Center, following a short battle with Leukemia.
Tom was the pastor of Abundant Life Church in Delhi.
A celebration of life will be held at 11 a.m., Saturday, Jan. 13, at Abundant Life Church, 79 Assembly Lane, Delhi.
In lieu of flowers, contributions in memory of Tom maybe made to Abundant Life Church.
