ANDES - Yvonne B. (Deveau) Donnelly, 84, of Cornelius, North Carolina, passed away on Dec. 16, 2021.

She was born Nov. 26, 1937, in Queens. She was the youngest daughter of Lucy (Comeau) and Martin Deveau who were both born in Nova Scotia, Canada.

On May 10, 1958, Yvonne married her high school sweetheart, who she met when she was 11 years old, Martin A.A. Donnelly, in Rosedale.

Yvonne and Marty lived in West Babylon until the 1980's when they moved upstate to Andes.

Yvonne worked for the family-owned insurance business until she started her own daycare.

Yvonne and Marty enjoyed traveling to Florida with family and some very special friends.

In July 2019 they moved down to North Carolina, where they spent time with their son, Marty and daughter-in-law, Audrey, before moving into Atria because of Yvonne's declining health.

Those who predeceased Yvonne were her beloved husband, Marty; daughter-in-law; Margaret Donnelly; parents; sister, Hilda; and two brothers-in-law.

Yvonne is survived by her sons, Marty (Audrey) of China Grove, North Carolina, Michael (Marianne) of Smithtown and Steve of Wading River; daughters, Margaret of Massapequa and Ellen (Keith) Mable of Brewerton; and grandchildren, Kelly Nellums, Sean Donnelly, Timothy Donnelly, Megan Donnelly, Kaitlyn Donnelly, Kelsey Donnelly, Kristin Donnelly, Allison and Jack Mable; three great-grandchildren; sister, Delores Pancrazi; as well as several nieces, nephews and cousins.

Visitation will be from 4 to 7 p.m., Monday, Dec. 27, at MacArthur Funeral Home, 134 Main St., Delhi. A Mass will be celebrated at 11:30 a.m., Tuesday, Dec. 28, at St. Ann's Catholic Church, Andes. Burial will be in Andes Cemetery.
